Eight evening meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month between September and April. Traditionally, the December meeting is our Christmas Social and the April meeting will be our AGM.
Meetings are held at The Roger Morris Centre, Eastrop; for anyone using the app What3Words, the exact location is traps.member.called.
There is a large free car park adjacent to the Centre, just a few yards away on the left. The Hall will be open from 19:00 for a 19:30 start, and hot drinks and light refreshments are available on arrival and after proceedings. The hall is booked until 22:00.
Members are also welcome to bring a guest to events. All attendees are asked to contribute £2, which can be paid when signing in on arrival, and helps towards the cost of the venue. If you can avoid paying with large denomination notes, it would be helpful. For certain events this contribution will be waived or may be higher for ‘all ticket’ events where we have a high-profile speaker – details will be in the invitation email sent to members about two weeks before the meeting.
